For instance, in plateau infrastructure projects, robots capture the characteristics of weld seams through an anti-strong ultraviolet vision system, monitor environmental parameters in real time with built-in sensors, and adjust the output characteristics in conjunction with the welding power supply, significantly enhancing the welding quality.
The intelligent mobile welding robot issues instructions through voice and gesture recognition, achieving programming without teaching. In the 10,000-ton steel structure production line, the welding quality has increased by more than 55%, and the efficiency has increased by more than 65%.

Siasun independently overcame the new generation of vacuum manipulator technology, achieving a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.02mm and breaking the foreign monopoly. It is capable of handling wafers of different sizes and specifications and has been applied in batches in China's most advanced chip manufacturing factories.
